Please note that order cancellations may be subject to restocking fees. Some items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Final sale items include: books, film, chemicals, darkroom paper, batteries, and all second-hand cameras, lenses, and photo equipment.

Warranty and Returns Policy

All new items from Lomography,Fujifilm, Polaroid, and Kodak are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty. For further details on the applicable warranty, we recommend consulting the manufacturer's website.

Returns:
We do not accept returns for films, chemicals, or papers. This is primarily due to our commitment to providing optimal storage conditions for all products. Please select your items carefully. If you need assistance with your selection, feel free to contact us during business hours.

Return of Accessories:
Returned accessories must be unused in their original packaging with the seals intact. Returns must be made within 10 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and we do not refund shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product is not in its original condition or if we are not notified about the return.

Free Shipping:
Orders that qualify for free shipping will incur shipping charges if returned. The customer will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the cost to reship the package. Additionally, if the total order value falls below the original $200 minimum for free shipping after a return, the cost of the initial free shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cameras and Second-Hand Gear:
We offer a 30-day mechanical warranty on all analog cameras and lenses priced above $200 (excluding point-and-shoot cameras). Please note that all cameras, lenses, and second-hand items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a mechanical issue within the initial 30-day warranty period. If there is an issue, we will do our best to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired, we will offer you a replacement camera of equivalent value or a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Online Orders:
Once your order is marked as "Delivered" in the Canada Post tracking system, our responsibility ends. We do not refund orders after they have been marked as delivered by Canada Post. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy page.
