Shipping & Responsibility
All items sold on this website are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been picked up from our studio.
USA and EU customers: Please note that all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Le Studio Argentique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages, or for undelivered items resulting from errors provided by the customer. Our responsibility ends once the tracking status is marked as “delivered” by Canada Post or Purolator.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for:

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Free Shipping
Orders that qualify for free shipping will incur shipping charges if returned. The customer is responsible for both return shipping and reshipping costs.
If a return causes the order total to fall below the $200 free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Insurance Coverage
All orders include up to $100 insurance through Canada Post. If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, we are not responsible. Please contact Canada Post or Purolator directly to file a claim.
Remote Areas
In rare cases, shipping to very remote locations may exceed our flat-rate shipping cost. If this occurs, we will contact you before processing your order. You may choose to accept the adjusted rate or cancel your order for a full refund.
High-Value Orders
For high-value camera purchases, a signature and proof of identity will be required upon delivery.
